Get Hooked!

Every other fishing app knows fishing. This one knows yours.

Built for anglers who log what they catch. Feed it your fishing and it gets smarter — your catches, your water, your hours on it, read back as a call for today.

If you want an app that tells you where everyone's biting this weekend, this isn't it — and that's on purpose.

The Get Hooked! fish in a PhD cap and glasses

Who it's for

Three mornings

Saturday · 5:40 AM · the big lake

The forecast said go. The departure email reached home without you touching the phone. The watch logged three fish with wet hands, your buddy watched the drift from his own boat, and arrival intel reminded you what worked here last August: worms, 27 to 42 feet. By dinner the season report had written the day up.

The troller

Thursday · first light · walked in

No boat, no dock — a truck parked somewhere different every time. River Explorer traced the tributary upstream and the gage said it had dropped enough to fish. Two steelhead logged in one tap each. When you got back to the truck, the app told your contacts you were out safe — nobody's watching a dock for you, so it watched instead.

The river angler

Sunday · 6:00 AM · half-day charter

Your licence and sea time count themselves from the trips you already run. The customers' morning became a postcard, drafted before the boat was washed down — their fish, their photos, your booking link on the bottom.

The captain

"I learned first-hand how to boat in rougher water and how to rig and troll for walleye… My son absolutely loved it! Those UV lures really work when compared to non-UV. We have the fish to prove it."

@sdcrysto5725 · after a morning on the water

The UV call he's talking about is the one the colours card makes — today's conditions make the same read live.

Live, right now

Here's the part any app can do

Today's read for Lake Erie and eleven other waters — the verdict, the week, bite windows and the colours — pulled live when you open it.

In the app, those windows are re-weighted by when you actually catch fish, and everything else runs on your log. Nobody else has that.

Today's conditions

The difference

Every other app stacks layers.
This one feeds engines.

Fishing apps all share the same nouns — map, weather, log, solunar. In every other one, a feature ends at a screen: radar draws radar, the log holds your fish and keeps them. Here, almost everything is an input, and the inputs feed engines tuned by your own log — so where their features are worth the same to everyone forever, this app gets more valuable every trip.

What the engines answer is the six questions between the driveway and the first fish: whether to go, where, when, what to tie on, why it works, how to run it. Crowd apps can fake the first three with strangers' data. The last three need your misses and your boat's own telemetry — which is why nobody can follow us there. And the newest input proves the rule: the bottom itself — depth contours, reefs and structure built from public sources and owned outright, feeding the same engines rather than sitting on the screen as someone's licensed layer.

Day one

It knows you by tonight

An app that learns from your fishing sounds like months of homework. It isn't — you've been collecting the data for years.

Your camera roll

Years of fish photos become trips, spots and catches in minutes — found, clustered and organised for you.

Your electronics

Standard GPX from any plotter or fish finder imports whole. The marks you've built for years come with you.

Your subscription

Already a subscriber? The update carries your whole log forward in place — catches, trips, tracks, photos, boat. Nothing to export, nothing to re-buy.

The payoff

What a season looks like

A trial would show you an empty app — the value is built from your fish, and that's exactly why there isn't one. This is what it looks like when it knows you.

Catch heat map weighted by catches per hour
Where you actually do wellWeighted by catches per hour, not visits — the reef you hit once and limited out on burns brightest.
Patterns read out of the catch log
Your patterns, stated plainlyBest hours, top bait per species — and what has never once worked, which nobody else even records.
Tracing a river upstream from a gage
Rivers, traced upstreamTap a gage, follow every tributary — gradient, how fast it drops after rain, what tends to live in it.
Every forecast area ranked at its best day
Every area, rankedYour waters scored seven days out against your own catch history — the best day for each, in order.
Depth contours, catch pins and the heat map on one map at once
Layers that stackContours under your catches under the heat map — 124 catches across 106 spots, one map, one glance.
A year, played backOnce the log has a season in it, the map animates your history — April into May here, 51 catches becoming 113. The one thing no trial could ever show.

And it keeps teaching: three months in you'll still be finding tools, because the app points them out when your data has earned them.

The deal

Your data stays yours

If an app is going to learn from your fishing, you should know exactly where that leaves you. Here.

It lives on your phone

Fully offline — logging, tides, your whole history, three hours from a tower. Not a degraded mode; the working state.

It leaves whenever you want

Export to CSV, or as a browsable site of your entire log that needs no app, no account, no us. We don't hold it hostage.

Nobody else sees it

Your spots are never pooled with another angler's, never sold, and never published. No feed, no community — nowhere for them to leak. The privacy policy says exactly what's stored and where, in plain language.

Sharing is on your terms

Buddy Share puts your live drift on a buddy's map — invite-only, trip-time only, over when the trip is.
