The same deletion the app offers, for when you no longer have the app.
What this does
- Everything on our servers goes: your catches, spots, trips, tracks, photos, forecasts, boat profile and any charter listing you published. Then the sign-in itself.
- It genuinely deletes. Live data is removed immediately and falls out of our encrypted backups within 35 days. We cannot get it back afterwards.
- The copy on your phone is yours and this page does not touch it. Removing the app removes it.
- Your subscription is separate. Cancel it with Apple or Google Play, whichever store you bought through — deleting the account does not stop the billing.

If something goes wrong
The two steps run in order and each is safe to repeat, so if one fails the page says which, nothing is left half-changed that another attempt cannot finish, and trying again is the whole fix. Forgotten your password? Reset it from the app's sign-in screen, or write to support@gethooked.fish from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
